WTC, Colombo is fed with power from two different grids and three separate substations. The diversity of power sources ensures that at least 70% of total power will always be available, should any one source fail. In the unlikely event of a total power failure in Colombo, the WTC is equipped with standby generators to maintain essential services such as lifts, lighting and fire systems.

A computerised car park management system ensures smooth and efficient traffic flow within a 550 vehicle capacity car park and two satellite car parks for the convenience of tenants and visitors. There is convenient access to the office towers too, via a covered drop-off point through a private driveway.
